According to the protocol defined by the medical institutions, we will be obliged to:

– provide you with all daily meals, drinks and clean towels on time your stay in the room.
– provide you with the necessary disinfectants.
We advise you to avoid using public transport, as well as to use a mask at all times, if you do not have one, contact the staff at the reception.
We advise you to pay contactlessly, as well as to announce check-in and check-out from the hotel in advance, in order to ensure the shortest possible stay in the common areas of the reception and lobby.
