Electronic lock & power supply

Your room entrance door is secured with an electronic lock. To unlock the door, insert your key card in the card-reader, and enter room. To receive power supply in your room, please place the key card into the card holder.
Door locks automatically when closed.

External incoming and outgoing calls are not supported.

Reception

Receptionists are at your service every day from 07:00h to 23:00h, while night security is at your disposal from 23:00h to 07:00h.
Wake-up call service is available.

Payment and check – out

You will be presented with a check to sign after every service, with those charges to be posted to your room account, settled at check out.
To settle your charges immediately, please inform our staff member in service.
Check out is due by 10:00h.

Room comfort & entertainment

Centralized A/C, free WiFi and free cable TV are available throughout the hotel, for your pleasure. Temperature in your room can be adjusted at your preference.

Valuables

For your comfort, we have provided a safe in the room.
The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of your personal belongings, but please report all lost and found items to the reception immediately.

During your stay, you have the option of choosing pillows. The hotel offers two types of pillows.

Mini-bar service is available at 5,00€ per room / per night, and it is being replenished every morning. Please contact our Reception for more information and acquiring this service.

Housekeeping service

Our housekeeping team makes up your room and provides bathroom hygiene every morning from 08:00am. Should you need room cleaning service, please press “please clean the room” button on your indoor card reader device.

Privacy

For full privacy, kindly please press “do not disturb” button on your indoor card reader device.

Security

Please note that public areas of this property are being monitored by CCTV cameras for your personal safety and security. In each room, and on each floor, of the hotel there is an evacuation plan in case of fire.

SOS

An SOS cable is placed in your shower area. In case of emergency, please pull the cable and to notify Reception. SOS alert will appear at external card reader screen.

Fire safety

Please note that a fire extinguisher has been placed in each room, in the room entrance area. All public hotel areas are equipped with water hydrants.
